One Station
FYAHNYX FM is programmed, not shuffled. Every record is placed by ear: rhythm, tone and energy deciding what plays next, all inside one Caribbean-African sound.
Put it on while you drive, work, cook or stay up later than planned. The station holds the vibe, so you never have to reach for the next song.
The Sound
The sound changes. The standard doesn’t.
Kingston gave it the bass. Joburg gave it the log drum. Lagos gave it the lift. One bloodline of rhythm, carried back and forth across the water, and this station plays it as one.
Bass, riddim and attitude. Sunday morning roots to Friday night bashment.
Log drum and space. Praise, love and late night on the same drum.
Melody and motion. The lift that keeps the whole day moving.
Why Tune In
A night drive needs bass. Riddim in the speakers, city lights going by, and the long way home stops feeling long.
It holds a steady groove without begging for your attention, and the hours move quicker with it.
Some songs only make sense after midnight. This is where we keep them.
First Rotation
The rotation follows the day: mornings start with momentum, the heavier riddims wait for dark, and the sound never leaves home.
Warm riddim to get the engine running.
Steady drum that keeps the work moving.
Headlights and low light. Bass that pulls the road forward.
Deeper grooves for the quiet, late hours.

The Story
FYAHNYX started as an act of rebellion. We got tired of a music world run by gatekeepers, where artists rent their own records and the feed drowns everything real in noise.
So we stopped asking for permission and built our own station. Every record here was made in-house and belongs to the family. Nobody clears our playlist, nobody signs us off, and nothing we play is borrowed. When you hear it here, you hear it at the source.
The name says it plainly: fyah, rising. Out of the ashes of an industry that forgot people, one station built for motion and made for humans.
